Technologies are developing at a fast pace and new solutions can make it possible to increase productivity from many different perspectives. With the help of trainings tailored to companies in accordance with the theme \"Productivity in Focus\", we respond to the rapidly changing technological competence needs, taking into account the principles of sustainable development.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.roboai.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/LDjaMiR_tutkitaan_pienempi-1.png\" alt=\"Two mobile robots.\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"731\" width=\"1300\" title=\"LDjaMiR Tutkitaan Pienempi\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1300\/731;\" \/>\n\t<p>Under the theme \"productivity in focus\", companies in the region have familiarized themselves with the latest technology by following expert lectures and doing practical lab trainings. Trainings tailored to companies has also been popular, where experts and company representatives together solve challenges defined by the companies themselves with the help of new technology.<\/p>\n<p>Productivity in focus trainings have been organized regarding technologies for which there is a significant need to increase competence in the companies of Satakunta. In addition to robotics and machine vision trainings, e.g. the training modules for 3D printing, 3D simulation and software robotics have been interesting and have sparked a good discussion in companies about the possibilities of increasing production, regardless of the company's industry. The training courses have lasted from a few hours to several days and have been held on-site at SAMK and online.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the trainings organized under the theme Productivity in focus, the competence of companies in the Satakunta region increases and the awareness of the possibilities of using new technology improves, which contributes to improving the companies' competitiveness as well as growth opportunities. The knowledge of new technologies and practical laboratory experiments open the eyes of the participants in the trainings in a completely new way, and thus it is easier to identify areas for development in one's own subject area.
